January 2019 saw us take on the franchise KGM. We are extremely excited for our adventure with KGM and by summer 2019 we hope to have our brand new showroom built here on the main site in Kelbrook. We have all the latest KGM models on show here in Kelbrook, with a wide range of new and used KGM’s available on site.
Our used vehicle sales department has an extensive range of used cars and commercials. All our vehicles are fully valeted, HPi cleared, and are available for viewing and to test drive from our showroom in Kelbrook. If you can’t see a vehicle for you in stock, we have a vast range of contacts in the industry and we will do everything to source the ideal vehicle for you.
In 2019 we are expanding our service and preparation centre to a second site here in Kelbrook half a mile from the main site. The new service centre site will house five ramps as well as a state of the art four poster ‘class 4’ mot ramp, with four-wheel laser alignment technology. The service centre will have all the latest the equipment and technology to be able to carry out diagnostics, air conditioning servicing, tyre changing and balancing, repairs, clutches, health checks, timing belt replacement and much more. All our staff are main dealer trained technicians not only for KGM.
Our hire business A To B Self Drive was established in 2009 with two vans and now operates with over 45 vehicles ranging from car, van, 4x4 hire, minibus and campervan hire. Due to growth our hire department will also be moving to our second site in 2019.
Finally, we realise that buying a vehicle, maintaining a vehicle, hiring a vehicle is a daunting experience, but here at Dales Automotive we would like to think it is a relaxed pleasurable experience.
